The Last Island (in production)

The Last Island is a visually striking and emotionally charged documentary that delves into the heart of Oslo’s struggle against the relentless tide of gentrification. Through a blend of artistic visuals, intimate interviews, and raw urban landscapes, this film will uncover the profound cultural erosion and human cost of urban transformation, spotlighting the soul of a district under siege.

The Power Move

The educational film „The Power Move. Energy Transformation“ is aimed at introducing young people to the changes in the national energy sector and the importance of European Union investments in this area. The film tells the story of Lithuania's path toward energy independence, the development of renewable energy sources, and the challenges of climate change. The production of the film was funded by the European Union.

Lucky Generation

The main theme of the documentary film “Laimingiausia Karta” (The Lucky Generation) is about the generation of Lithuanians born after the Second World War. They are the only ones who have a unique experience – half of their lives passed under the Soviet system and half in independent Lithuania. Following the winding path of over half a century of discoveries and missteps by one representative of the “luckiest generation,” the film speaks about the eternal human longing for freedom and happiness. It raises the question of whether people know how to make use of freedom and whether happiness is recognized. It touches on the eternal themes of the prodigal son, exile, and return. It tries to pose the question – could Lithuania have been different – if so, what prevented it from becoming so; if not, is it possible to change anything today?

Airless balloon

Jackie, 35 year old instinct driven, rough man, who spends his last days in prison for the crime he hasn't done, is disturbed by strong feelings of a lonely young woman Kira, who delivers drugs in prison. Jackie is free and ready to find the life he had before, while Kira tries to escape her old space involving Jackie to her future, both committed to fail with their dreams. Disappointment brought by separation with his wife and daughter, brings Jackie to pointless pilgrimage.

Children of Freedom – This documentary film is both a great adventure and a nostalgic return to the period just after Lithuania regained its independence. A time when freedom of ideas was still restricted, but people were already eager to taste what freedom felt like.
The touching story follows the journey of 10-year-old Tadas and his father Ignas Miniotas as they sail around the world, visiting more than 20 Lithuanian communities across the globe with the Lithuanian flag, and becoming the first to pass Cape Horn — known as the graveyard of sailors.
The yacht became the boy’s companion, carrying him across ocean waves as he tried to understand: what is freedom, really?
